Registration information

You will find an overview of the registration fees in the table below. The registration fees for the main conference include attending the conference, the welcome reception and all coffee breaks. 

Lunchbags and attendance to the conference dinner are optional and will be charged separately.

We encourage all attendees to include a lunchbag in their registration. 

Russian or Belarusian institutions
In line with the decision of the Dutch government and the Universities of the Netherlands (umbrella organisation of the 14 Dutch universities) concerning the war in Ukraine, scientists affiliated with Russian or Belarusian institutions may not participate in the conference.

Registration deadlines

June 3, 2022: Early bird / Author registration deadline
June 24, 2022: Normal registration deadline
July 24, 2022: On-site registration (no cash payments)

Please note that payment must be made at the time of registration.
